HOAA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) licensed child-placing agency dedicated to connecting children with safe and loving families. Our mission is to bring hope, spread love, and build connections by offering support in the areas of unexpected pregnancy, foster care, adoption, and comprehensive support services. We are committed to providing inclusive and compassionate services to all members of our community.
