At HOAA, we provide the National Training and Development Curriculum (NTDC), a state-approved, research-based training program developed with input from child welfare experts, foster and adoptive families, and individuals with lived experience in foster care and adoption. The curriculum prepares families with practical tools, strategies, and insight to help children heal, build trust, and thrive.
